The Lifetime Porcelain Guarantee
Designed to stay. Crafted to last.
Every MADOO porcelain vessel is protected by our Lifetime Porcelain Guarantee against verified defects in material or manufacture during normal use.
If an eligible defect occurs, MADOO will assess the vessel and, where appropriate, repair or replace it without charge. Accidental damage, normal wear and incorrect use are not covered.
Our Lifetime Porcelain Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
